As we work to complete the second injury recovery submissions in time for the 7/1/10 deadline, we are also forming our planning committee.

Please note that we are currently accepting referrals for record retrieval for non-second injury claims.

We are also continuing to provide complete pre-trial evidence packets for cases whose evidence has been submitted to the Workers’ Compensation Board prior to 7/1/10.
